Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing WebZens with the necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the timely completion of projects. Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for materials provided to WebZens for use in their projects.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract provided to the client by WebZens. Payment schedules, amounts, and accepted payment methods will be specified in writing and must be adhered to by the client.
Intellectual Property: WebZens retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the websites and other deliverables created for clients. Upon full payment of all fees owed to WebZens, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WebZens be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by WebZens shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
